Learn More About Our Precious Dentistry Team

As a graduate of Urbandale High School, Jeralee has been in the dental field for over 30 years. She started her career as a dental assistant in 1981 and became a part of Dr. Copley's staff as an assistant and front desk manager in 1991.

With the growth in our practice, Jeralee's responsibilities have also increased as an office manager. She feels rewarded to work with dentists who share the same philosophy of effectively treating and caring for their patients. She enjoys  helping patients with all their dental appointments, working with their insurance and most of all making them feel welcome.

Other than dentistry, Jeralee enjoys spending time with her family, along with flower gardening, bike riding, home décor and watching her grandchildren.
Lori
Lori became a certified dental assistant in 2008 after attending DMACC and has been a part  of the team at Copley Family Dental since 2009, she is now our front office coordinator.

She feels the warmth & friendships she's developed over the last few years in the office have been priceless. She says it is a joy getting to know the patients & assisting with their dental needs. Lori has always been interested in dentistry, after raising her three children it seemed like the right time to pursue a career in dentistry. She thinks a smile says so much about people & she is very happy to make the  most of yours!

Away from the office Lori enjoys spending time with family. She also enjoys decorating, gardening, traveling and spending time with family & friends. 


Michelle
Michelle is originally from Grinnell, Iowa.  She became Dr. Copley's first employee as a dental assistant in 1990. She began her hygiene career after graduating from DMACC in 1993 and has been providing hygiene at Copley Family Dental ever since.  

Michelle has enjoyed watching young patients grow up & start families of their own. She values the relationships that she has developed with patients over the years and looks forward to their regular check-ups so she can catch up. 

Away from the office Michelle keeps busy with family and friends, she also enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, crafting and gardening.
Laurie

Originally from West Des Moines Laurie graduated with her degree in Dental Hygiene from The University of Iowa. She has worked in the hygiene field in central Iowa for many years, joining Copley Family Dental in 2018.

 She enjoys working with her patients and helping them achieve and maintain a healthy smile. She is committed to making her patients comfortable and easing any fears they may have while in the dental chair. 

She loves spending time with her family traveling with her husband and her 2 grown sons. Laurie likes to exercise, play golf and have down time .

Amy has been a hygienist since graduating from Des Moines Community College in 1994. Working in the Des Moines aread before joining Copley Family Dental in 2020. She really enjoys getting to know her patients and making them feel at ease.


She enjoys spending time with her family, trips to Vermont to visit her daughter and grandson, biking and staying active.

Andi
Andi is originally from Northeast Iowa and has received her certification and expanded functions from Kirkwood College in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Andi has been working as a dental assistant since 1997. She joined Copley Family Dental in 2017. Since that time she has really enjoyed getting to know the patients at Copley Family Dental. She takes pride in making her patients feel welcome, as well as putting their fears at ease.

When she is away from work, she stays busy with her husband, two children, and two dogs. She promotes a healthy lifestyle by working out and bike riding.
Sandy
Sandy began her dental career by becoming a dental assistant in 2005. Later, she received her expanded function certification from DMACC in Ankeny, IA.

Sandy enjoys working with all kinds and ages of patients. She develops a good relationship with them. You'll be happy to meet her as she greets you with a smile.

Apart from spending time in the office, she enjoys the company of her husband, 3 children, and 4 grandchildren. She and her husband are from the Des Moines area and enjoy spending weekends at Lake Ponderosa.
